Play games. Make stuff. Bring your community. Raise some money.

Scramble Fest is Game Therapy UK’s community fundraising weekend — bringing together TTRPG creators, gamers, streamers, podcasters, comedians, artists and their communities to raise money through games, creativity and a little bit of chaos.

At the heart of the weekend is Sunday Scramble, our live Sunday afternoon gaming and comedy show.

But Scramble Fest is much bigger than one show.

We want creators across the TTRPG and gaming community to run their own fundraising events throughout the weekend — on their own channels, in their own style, with their own communities.

Think community gaming festival rather than charity telethon.

And you don't need a massive audience to take part.

Run a Scramble Fest Partner Fundraiser

If you make gaming or TTRPG content, we'd love you to join us.

You might be:

  • a YouTuber

  • a Twitch streamer

  • an actual-play group

  • a podcaster

  • a TTRPG creator or publisher

  • an artist or miniature painter

  • a gaming club or community

  • a comedian

  • or somebody with a webcam, some friends and a slightly ridiculous idea.

Your fundraiser could be almost anything.

Run an actual play. Stream a computer game. Paint miniatures for six hours. GM an absurd one-shot. Run a tournament. Record a podcast special. Attempt a gaming challenge.

You make the event that works for you and your audience.

You don't have to appear on Sunday Scramble and you don't have to stream on our channel.

Your event remains your show, on your channel, for your community.

You're simply joining lots of other creators doing their thing across the same weekend and raising money for Game Therapy UK.

Small creators are very welcome

Why are we doing it?

Game Therapy UK uses games to improve health and wellbeing.

We support the development of evidence-based therapeutic gaming projects across the UK, bringing together clinicians, researchers, gamers, volunteers and the wider gaming community.

Like every charity, one of the things that limits what we can do is funding.

Scramble Fest is an attempt to raise that money in a way that reflects the community we're part of.

Rather than simply asking people for donations, we'd like to create something people genuinely want to participate in.

Play something. Make something. Watch something. Share something.

And together, help us deliver more therapeutic gaming projects.

Want to take part?

Tell us you're interested.

You don't need to have the whole event planned yet.

Send us:

  • your name / creator name

  • a link to your channel, podcast or community

  • roughly what you'd like to do

  • which platform you normally use

  • roughly how long you'd like your event to be

  • any preferred times during the Scramble Fest weekend (the last weekend of Sept/ Oct/ Nov 2026 and Mar/Apr/May/ Sep/ Oct/Nov 2027.

Click HERE to email our FUNDRAISING MEDIA TEAM.

We'll get back to you, help work out where you fit into the weekend and provide the information you need to get your fundraiser running.

Not a creator but want to help?

You absolutely do not need tens of thousands of followers.

We want Scramble Fest to bring together established creators and microcreators.

If you've got a community of 200 people who enjoy what you make, we'd love you to be part of it.

A small creator who raises £50 or £100, shares the campaign and introduces their audience to Game Therapy UK is contributing to the weekend.

Twenty small communities doing something together can make a surprisingly big noise.

How it works

Partner Fundraisers will use Tiltify to raise money directly for Game Therapy UK.

Game Therapy UK will centrally coordinate the weekend so that individual events become part of something bigger.

We'll create a Scramble Fest schedule, help participating creators get their fundraising pages set up, provide information and promotional assets, and help amplify participating events through the Scramble Fest and Game Therapy UK networks.

We'll also try to avoid unnecessary clashes between similar events.

The idea is simple:

When your stream finishes, point your audience towards what's happening next.

Other creators do the same.

Throughout the weekend, audiences can move between streams, shows and communities — with everyone ultimately supporting the same cause.

Then on Sunday afternoon everyone can come together for Sunday Scramble, our live gaming and comedy fundraiser.

What we'd like from you

You don't need to create an enormous production.

We're asking participating creators to:

  1. Create an event that suits you and your community.

  2. Choose a slot during the Scramble Fest weekend with us.

  3. Set up a Tiltify fundraiser supporting Game Therapy UK.

  4. Tell your community that you're taking part.

  5. Stream, play, create or perform.

  6. Point people towards other Scramble Fest events before and after yours.

  7. Have fun and raise whatever you can.

We'll help with the coordination.

We're also looking for TTRPG publishers, gaming companies and other organisations who might want to support Scramble Fest by promoting events, providing prizes or products, or partnering with individual fundraisers.
