EDUCATION, TRAINING AND CPD QUALIFICATION COURSES
Game Therapy UK is currently setting up a Faculty that will design and deliver training and CPD certification courses in best-practice of Game Therapy for Game Facilitators, clinicians and all those interested in furthering their knowledge of Game Therapy.

Game Therapy UK Ran our first pilot online training in 'Therapeutic Gaming for Military Populations'. We should be rolling out next courses ('Therapeutic Gaming for people experiencing homelessness' and 'Therapeutic Gaming for people living with neurodivergence') later in the year. FIRST MODULE APRIL 2023
Our first modules will be delivered online starting in April 2023.
These will be in:-

Therapeutic Gaming Basic Module.

Therapeutic Gaming and De-Risking the Game.

Therapeutic Gaming and Psychological Trauma.

Therapeutic Gaming and the military veterans population.
-
Therapeutic Gaming and people experiencing homelessness.

Therapeutic Gaming- Audit, data and research.
These will be delivered free to our current volunteers working on our 'homelessness' and 'veterans' projects.
Further modules will be added throughout the year.

MENTORING June 2023
Once our first modules have been delivered we will also be offering free mentoring to volunteers working on our projects.
We will also be offering online supervision, reflective practice and advice from a Clinical Psychologist to volunteers working on Game Therapy UK projects with vulnerable clients.
